Vintage hinged bangles from the 70's.  The metal on these bangles is gold-plated silver (some areas are tarnished).  The metal will have a patina, as these have been stored for a long time.

The bangle measures 60mm closed and opens to 83mm.

The medium polish will have a few rough spots, as seen in the photos.
